This is right for your daughter if you are ready to invest in helping her be effective in reaching her goal of playing in college.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT OTHER RECRUITERS OFFER? +

Typically recruiting support in this price range gives you basic tips about the process and it’s anything but personalized. RR is personalized! Your athlete gets (2) 1:1 calls with the NXTVB team (including Susan) who are primed to meet her where she’s at, understand the uniqueness of her goals and abilities, and create a plan that results in success. It’s quick, effective, and efficient and empowers you with exactly what you need to know and do to create offers and options without needing to 5–10x your investment working long-term with a 1:1 Recruiter.

WILL THIS WORK FOR ATHLETES WHO AREN’T NCAA D1 PROSPECTS? +

Absolutely! We’ve helped athletes land opportunities at D1, D2, D3, and NAIA programs. The strategy works at every level.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO IMPLEMENT? +

Our time together is about 4-6 full weeks. Once complete your daughter will have everything she needs to participate and be proactive in her process.

IS IT TOO EARLY/LATE FOR YOUR DAUGHTER TO START? +

This program is ideal for freshman, sophomores but completely adaptable for juniors and seniors who have worked the process a bit already but aren't making the progress they want.

WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF YOUR ATHLETES? +

RR is in it's second year, but already we have seen:

  • Dozens athletes accepting offers to join college rosters.
  • Dozens of athletes securing invitations to visit college campuses and meet with college coaches.
  • Hundreds of phone calls booked with college coaches.

Susan holds a success rate of over 90% with her long-term 1:1 athletes. The same recruiting strategies and success methods that she pours into her 1:1 prospects are also poured into athletes in RR.

It’s quick, effective, and efficient and empowers you with exactly what you need to know and do to create offers and options without needing to 5–10x your investment working long-term with a 1:1 Recruiter.

WILL THIS WORK FOR ATHLETES WHO AREN’T NCAA D1 PROSPECTS? +

Absolutely! We’ve helped athletes land opportunities at D1, D2, D3, and NAIA programs. The strategy works at every level.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO IMPLEMENT? +

Our time together is 6-10 full weeks. The time depends on the urgency of your daughter's process. Your daughter will start implementing the system right away and know exactly how to execute the strategy after the 1:1 time is complete. Each process is unique, and we have no way of knowing when your daughter's recruiting process will be complete, but you'll see results within just the 1:1 period itself.

IS IT TOO EARLY/LATE FOR YOUR DAUGHTER TO START? +

This program is sophomores who want our eyes on their process, double-checking their foundation is solid and they are set for success. It's also good for juniors or seniors who are feeling stuck or like their recruiting isnt working.

WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF YOUR ATHLETES? +

RR just completed it's first year, but already we have seen:

With the exception of 2 athletes who decided to not pursue playing college volleyball, over the last 2 years since Susan opening her advising practice, 100% of the athletes who have worked with Susan and her team create offers and commit to schools they love.

Meet Coach Jessie

Jessie grew up south of Seattle and was a two sport athlete in high school and ultimately chose to play volleyball in college, starting her career at Gonzaga before transferring to Sac State.

Jessie has been coaching club volleyball for the past twelve years and loves seeing her athletes develop skills both on and off the court.

Jessie provides a very unique perspective to our team as she knows first hand some of the obstacles college coaches face when trying to get to know prospects as her husband has been coaching DI volleyball since 2010, leading recruiting for the past ten years.  makes This her very familiar with the college landscape, recruiting process and how things have evolved over the last few years.

Outside of volleyball, Jessie is a devoted mom of three who loves hiking, beach days, and cheering her kids on at their activities—all while being a rockstar NXTVB advisor and supportive wife to a college coach.

Susan's right hand woman, experienced recruiting advisor, trusted friend and lead for all Recruit Ready ® Intensive Athletes in the program.

Former D1 College Coach, D1 All-American, and TEAM USA Athlete.

Sonja is a former All-American at the University of Oregon, a four-year team captain who led the Ducks to four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and became the program’s all-time points leader before being inducted into the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame in 2021. After college, she spent 12 years playing professionally in Brazil, Italy, Turkey, and China, and represented Team USA from 2014–2017.

That experience matters because Sonja understands recruiting from the inside out — not as theory, but as someone who lived the process, earned the opportunities, and now sees the game through the eyes of college and pro-level standards. She’s deeply connected in the volleyball world and knows what actually gets an athlete noticed, trusted, and chosen.

With Sonja, your daughter gets more than encouragement — she gets clear, honest guidance that collapses time, removes guesswork, and turns effort into the right kind of progress.
