Typically recruiting support in this price range gives you basic tips about the process and it’s anything but personalized. RRI is personalized! Your athlete gets (2) 1:1 calls with her athletic advisor who is primed to meet her where she’s at, understand the uniqueness of her goals and abilities, and create a plan to results in success. It’s quick, effective, and efficient and empowers you with exactly what you need to know and do to create offers and options without needing to 5–10x your investment working long-term with a 1:1 Recruiter.

WILL THIS WORK FOR ATHLETES WHO AREN’T NCAA D1 PROSPECTS? +

Meet Coach Jessie

Jessie grew up south of Seattle and was a two sport athlete in high school and ultimately chose to play volleyball in college, starting her career at Gonzaga before transferring to Sac State.

Jessie has been coaching club volleyball for the past twelve years and loves seeing her athletes develop skills both on and off the court.

Jessie provides a very unique perspective to our team as she knows first hand some of the obstacles college coaches face when trying to get to know prospects as her husband has been coaching DI volleyball since 2010, leading recruiting for the past ten years.  makes This her very familiar with the college landscape, recruiting process and how things have evolved over the last few years.

Outside of volleyball, Jessie is a devoted mom of three who loves hiking, beach days, and cheering her kids on at their activities—all while being a rockstar NXTVB advisor and supportive wife to a college coach.
