With the exception of 2 athletes who decided to not pursue playing college volleyball, over the last 2 years since Susan opening her advising practice, 100% of the athletes who have worked with Susan and her team create offers and commit to schools they love.
Susan founded NXTVB in September of 2022 and has slowly added coaches and advisors to her team that are aligned with her mission of prioritizing student-athlete development while also helping athletes crush their goals.

Coach Jessie
Jessie provides a very unique perspective to our team as she knows first hand some of the obstacles college coaches face when trying to get to know prospects as her husband has been coaching DI volleyball since 2010, leading recruiting for the past ten years. This makes her very familiar with the college landscape, recruiting process and how things have evolved over the last few years.
Outside of volleyball Jessie works for the travel and tourism bureau of San Luis Obispo county and loves spending time outside with her two boys hiking, going to the beach, and playing all the sports.
Jessie grew south of Seattle and was a two sport athlete in high school and ultimately chose to play volleyball in college, starting her career at Gonzaga before transferring to Sac State.
