HOW DO I KNOW IF RECRUIT READY LAUNCH IS RIGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER? +

This is right for your daughter if she is someone who is ready to go for it!

Recruit.Ready Athletes:

  • Are freshmen or sophomores in High School who want to play college volleyball.
  • Have their eyes set on competing at the NCAA D1, D2, D3, or NAIA level.
  • Are responsible, attending our scheduled calls (or rescheduling 24 hours in advance).
  • Take their academics seriously.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT OTHER RECRUITERS OFFER? +

Typically recruiting support is long term. Launch is a solution for the families who don't want a long-term investment but want access to the same crucial steps families who purchase long-term packages receive. It’s quick, effective, and efficient and empowers you with exactly what you need to know and do to create offers and options without needing to 5–10x your investment working long-term with a 1:1 Recruiter.

WILL THIS WORK FOR ATHLETES WHO AREN’T NCAA D1 PROSPECTS? +

Absolutely! We’ve helped athletes land opportunities at D1, D2, D3, and NAIA programs. The launch plans works for athletes targeting any level.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO IMPLEMENT? +

Our time together is approximatley 2 full weeks. We will say each recruiting process is unique, and we have no way of knowing when your daughter's recruiting process will be complete, but inside launch you'll get the necessary steps out of the way and do them in the most effective ways.

IS IT TOO EARLY/LATE FOR YOUR DAUGHTER TO START? +

RR is in its first year, but already we have seen:

Susan holds a success rate of over 90% with her long-term 1:1 athletes. The same recruiting strategies and success methods that she pours into her 1:1 prospects are also poured into athletes in RR.

Meet Coach Jessie

Jessie grew up south of Seattle and was a two sport athlete in high school and ultimately chose to play volleyball in college, starting her career at Gonzaga before transferring to Sac State.

Jessie has been coaching club volleyball for the past twelve years and loves seeing her athletes develop skills both on and off the court.

Jessie provides a very unique perspective to our team as she knows first hand some of the obstacles college coaches face when trying to get to know prospects as her husband has been coaching DI volleyball since 2010, leading recruiting for the past ten years.  makes This her very familiar with the college landscape, recruiting process and how things have evolved over the last few years.

Outside of volleyball, Jessie is a devoted mom of three who loves hiking, beach days, and cheering her kids on at their activities—all while being a rockstar NXTVB advisor and supportive wife to a college coach.

Susan's right hand woman, experienced recruiting advisor, trusted friend and lead for all Recruit Ready Launch Athletes in the program.
