In preparation for June 15th, as a family we felt very confident with our daughter’s position in the recruiting process. She had done a significant amount of work to communicate and make connections with her target schools. Susan really simplified the process and broke down the various steps. She kept my daughter focused each step of the way. She was always available for a call if we had questions. In preparation for June 15th, as a family we felt very confident with our daughter’s position in the recruiting process. She had done a significant amount of work to communicate and make connections with her target schools. As a high-level recruit we realized that where she needed support was with her confidence in managing the growing performance pressure and putting her best foot forward during live discussions with coaches. We enrolled our daughter in the June 15th Prep Club as well as weekly private coaching sessions with Susan. The Prep Club included real opportunities to prepare and practice in order to shake the nerves and feel ready to enjoy talking with coaches. The private sessions with Susan helped our daughter navigate game play challenges going into nationals and building mental strength habits. She absolutely benefitted and responded to Susan’s experience, approach and personality which came at just the right time in her recruiting journey!
